AI assistant: questions you ask and session metadata to improve the tool.

Respond to contact submissions and community stories.
Improve site content and understand which pages help veterans most.
Operate the free VA claim assistant and state benefits database.

Data retention

Contact submissions are retained until reviewed. Analytics data is retained per our database policy. You may request deletion of your contact submission by emailing jkhall@gmail.com.
